What we do

In the event that you are looking for more than ala carte services, we occasionally join productions as co-producers*, which results in less up front fees due to our vested interest in the project (the terms of which are negotiated).

We require equity in the production pool of revenue (percentage to be negotiated).
Line item rates in production budget.
On-set production management (to be negotiated based on production).
The upfront fee is $5,000, which covers the cost of the budget, the documentation and the impact outreach (if that is part of the distribution for the project), which can be reimbursed through either the development funding or the production budget.
*we require the ability to be involved with the script development (or rewrite).

More Details:

To ensure effective collaboration, we require backend points in the production revenue pool as part of our partnership arrangement. This ensures alignment of interests and commitment to project success. Additionally, our services encompass determining line item rates within the production budget and overseeing on-set production management activities, supporting seamless project execution.

As part of our comprehensive offering, we provide budget generation, production documentation (such as entity formation and investment documents), and impactful outreach services to bring a curated audience to the project.  These development services require a flat fee of $5,000. This will be offset either through development funding or the production budget funding, providing cash flow flexibility. Furthermore, we provide and require collaborative involvement in script development or rewriting, aligning our services with your creative vision and objectives throughout the production process.
